Getting feedback about the work you are doing is one of the best ways to improve. And this is exactly what Google did with the introduction of survey app, Google Opinion Reward, and gathered feedback from several users. Google Opinion Reward, which enables the users to get credit by answering few surveys on Google Play Store, is now introduced in India. The company has also released it in Turkey and Singapore apart from India.

Let’s know how the app functions. At first, the user needs to download the app, which is available on the Play Store. And then simply answer the few basic questions provided by Google and you will receive rewards for Play Store. Later on, you will get surveys from Google once in every week. Even though the number of surveys sent to you can be less or more frequent. The questions can range from, “Which promotion is most convincing?” and “Which is the best logo?” to “When do you plan to take a trip next?

Whenever a new survey is sent to a user on their phone, he/she will receive a notification regarding the same. And just  forget to note this, every survey has a time limit of 24 hours. Once it is expired, the user won’t be able to answer it.

Google will ask you few questions during the signing up procedure, including your last name, first name, and pin code. Then you need to select India as the country. It may also ask you few basic things such as your gender, age, income group—which is optional to share or not—coupled with your choice of language for replying to the surveys.

According to Google, all the information gathered from the surveys is unspecified and also it cannot be linked to an individual user or to an account. Further, the users should also note that signing up to the app doesn’t mean they will get surveys automatically and earn credits. The company will send a notification to the user after they approve them to answer surveys.
